Most things are average, by the nature of the word. Kevin James movies, Chex, and Contra: Rogue Corps. It's not fun to play, as it's a mediocre-at-best twin-stick shooter and disappointing departure from the better end of the series. But at least it's very inexpensive, and it has Contra in the name. (Nostalgia matters!) If you want it in your collection on that principle - like eating that hard bread before your entrée just because it's there and free - I don't blame you! Just know you're whetting your appetite with a D-plus effort.
